壮医药线点灸配合围针及外用药治疗艾滋病合并带状疱疹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察壮医药线点灸配合围针、外用药治疗艾滋病合并带状疱疹(AIDS patients with herpes zoster,AHZ)的疗效。方法采用随机对照方法,将60例AHZ患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。试验组采用壮医药线点灸配合围针及京万红烫伤膏治疗;对照组给予泛昔洛韦片、尼美舒利分散片、维生素B1及利巴韦林软膏进行治疗。疗程均为14天。观察两组患者临床疗效和治疗前后视觉模拟评分(vsualan-aloguescale,VAS)、睡眠质量评分(sleepqualityscore,QS)及1年内后遗神经痛发生率。结果试验组愈显率显著高于对照组(86.7%vs53.3%,P<0.01)。两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(96.7%vs80.0%,P>0.05)。试验组治疗后VAS评分、QS积分、疼痛消失时间、皮损修复时间、结痂时间及后遗神经痛发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论壮医药线点灸配合围针及京万红烫伤膏治疗AHZ患者,具有快速止痛、缩短病程、提高患者睡眠质量的效果。Objective To observe the efficacy of thread-moxa in Zhuang folk medicine （TM） com- bined with acupuncture and external application drugs for AIDS patients with herpes zoster （AHZ）. Methods A randomized, controlled clinical trial was conducted in 60 patients with AHZ. They were randomly assigned to the treatment group （treated with TM combined with acupuncture and Jingwanhong Scald Ointment） and the control group （treated with Famciclovir Tablet, nimesulide dispersible tablet, vitamin B1, ribavirin oint- ment）. The treatment course was 14 days for both groups. The clinical efficacy, significant efficiency visual analog scale score （VAS）, sleep quality score （QS）, the postherpetic neuralgia rate in 1 year after treat- ment were observed. Results The markedly effective rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group （86.7% vs 53.3%, P 〈0.01 ）. There was no statistical difference in the total effec- tive rate between the two groups （96.7% vs 80.0%, P 〉0.05）. The post-treatment VAS, QS, the time for pain disappearance, skin repair, crusting, and 1-year postherpetic neuralgia incidence rate were signifi- cantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group （P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusions TM com- bined with acupuncture and Jingwanhong Scald Ointment was effective for treating AHZ patients. It relieved pain quickly, shortened their course of disease, and improved their quality of sleep.
