摘　　要：综述了酚醛树脂在镁碳砖、铝碳砖、中间包干式料、转炉修补料、高炉压入料、高炉无水炮泥等不同类耐火材料中的应用及其研究现状;并针对酚醛树脂在耐火材料应用和及其研究中存在的问题及缺陷指出,利用催化反应改善树脂残炭的结构与性能,以及合成新型的网络互穿的高性能树脂,是酚醛树脂作为含碳耐火材料用结合剂的研究热点和发展方向。The applications and research status of phenolic resin used in different kinds of refractories, such as MgO-C bricks,Al2O3-C bricks,dry mix for tundish, repairing materials for converter, injection materials for blast furnace,and anhydrous gun mud for blast furnace were summarized. Aiming at solving the problems and drawbacks existing in these applications and researches,the new research hotspot and developing direction of phenolic resin served as binder for carbon-containing refractories are adopting catalytic reaction to improve the structure and property of resin carbon residue and synthesizing new type high performance resin with interpenetrating networks.
