摘 要:铸件的冒口补贴虽然能够有效防止铸件产生缩孔,但它增加了金属材料用量,使铸件的工艺出品率降低。清除铸件上的冒口补贴既费工又费料,冒口补贴的残根影响铸件表面质量。在精铸件上尝试用精铸型壳补贴代替冒口补贴获得了成功。以涡流管精铸件的型壳补贴为例,描述了型壳补贴的方法。事实证明,精铸件采用型壳补贴保证了铸件不产生缩孔,使该件的缩孔不合格品由100%降至4%;克服了冒口补贴既浪费金属材料又难以清理的缺点,使铸件的工艺出品率大大提高,使铸件表面质量得到改善。Casting riser subsidy can effectively prevent the shrinkage hole of casting, but it increases the consumption of metal materials, which reduces the craft production rate of casting. Removal of riser subsidy on the casting is time-consuming and consuming materials. And residual roots of riser subsidy affect surface quality of castings. Precision casting shell subsidy instead of riser subsidy on the casting was successful. Taking the casting shell subsidy of vortex tube precision casting as an example, the method of shell subsidy was descriped. Facts have proven that casting shell subsidy used for precision castings guaranteed not shrinkage cavity castings, and unqualified products of castings reduced from 100% to 4%. The shortcomings of waste of metal materials and hard to clean up were overcomed, so that it makes the craft production rate of casting greatly improve and casting surface quality is improved.
