摘 要:采用OM、SEM、FEM、热模拟试验分析了825合金热挤压管材裂纹的形成原因。结果表明,热挤压工艺变形区应变和径向温度分布不均匀,而坯料温度高于热加工温度。由于沿管材径向应力状态从压应力转为拉应力,且高于其断裂强度,这是产生裂纹的原因。The causes for cracking in 825 alloy during hot extrusion process were analyzed by using OM, SEM, FEM and thermal simulation experiment. The results indicate that the strain and the radial temperature distribution in the deformation zone are uniform. And the temperature of billet is higher than the hot working temperature. As compressive stress state is changed into tension stress state along the radial and the tension strength is higher than the fracture strength, which is the cause produced the cracks.
