摘  要:为了开发Q390E钢焊接工艺,首先对Q390E进行斜Y坡口抗裂性试验,以确定预热温度,然后进行埋弧焊对接试验,对焊后Q390E钢进行了焊接接头力学性能测试及金相组织观察分析。结果表明:Q390E钢抗裂性较好,焊前可不进行预热;焊缝处金相组织为先共析铁素体(PF)+侧板条铁素体(FSP)+针状铁素体(AF),低温冲击韧性较差;热影响区粗晶区晶粒粗大,硬度较高,但没有出现淬硬组织,热影响区综合力学性能良好;焊接钢板室温拉伸、弯曲性能合格。In order to develop the welding process for Q390E steel, the Y-groove cracking test to determine the preheating temperature for Q390E steel was carried out, then the Q390E steel was welded by SAW. Finally, the welded joints mechanical properties and observation was studied.The microstructure after welded was analyzed. The results show that Q390E steel has strong crack resistance , preheating before weld was not necessary. The welding bead microstructure is PF+FSP+AF which have low temperature impact and high toughness but no hardened tissue. HAZ of the samples has good mechanical properties. The tensile and bend properties of the welded steel plate is qualified at room temperature.
