摘　　要：介绍了铝合金点焊电极复合涂层的制备。试验结果表明,采用优化设计的涂层制备装置,借助点焊时产生的电阻热和加压作用,配上合理的制备工艺,可在点焊电极表面原位合成电极复合涂层。The preparation method for the compound coating on the aluminum alloy spot welding electrode surface was introduced. The test results show that with the application of reasonable preparation technology, making use of the resistance heat and pressure while spot welding, the spot welding compound coating at the electrode surface is in-situ synthesized by adopting the optimization preparation process for the coating.
