摘 要:目的探讨门静脉血流灌注量的改变对磁共振弹性成像(MRE)所测肝弹性值的影响。方法对32名健康志愿者分别在空腹和进食标准餐后(可有效增加门静脉灌注量)定量测量门静脉灌注量及肝弹性值,并进行比较分析。结果进食后门静脉灌注量均显著上升,平均幅度123.5%。进食前、后的平均肝弹性值分别为(2.30±0.28)kPa及(2.32±0.24)kPa,差异无统计学意义(t=-0.63,P=0.54);门静脉灌注量与肝弹性值的变化无明显相关性(r=0.15,P=0.42)。结论正常人餐后肝脏门静脉灌注变化不会引起肝脏弹性值的变化,进食状态不影响MRE测量结果的可重复性。Objective To observe the influence of portal vein perfusion on liver stiffness measured by MR elastography (MRE) in healthy volunteers. Methods Liver stiffness and perfusion of portal vein were measured and compared in 32 healthy volunteers before and after a standard meal which can effectively increase portal vein flow. Results Portal vein flow significantly increased at the postprandial state, and the mean increasing rate was 123.5%.The mean liver stiffness measured before and after a standard meal had no significant difference ( kPa vs kPa, t=-0.63,P=0.54). There was no significant correlation between the percentage change in stiffness and portal vein flow (r=0.15, P=0.42). Conclusion MRE can provide repeatable stiffness estimation of the liver in both fasted or fed state for healthy subjects, and the measurements are not related to portal vein flow.
