摘　　要：目的分析单发婴儿型肝脏血管内皮细胞瘤(IHE)的CT与MRI表现。方法回顾性分析12例单发IHE,其中3例同时接受CT、MR平扫及增强扫描,5例仅接受CT平扫及增强扫描,4例仅接受MR平扫及增强检查。结果 12例单发IHE中,9例病灶在肝右叶,2例在肝左叶,1例累及肝脏右前叶及左内叶;CT平扫8例病灶均呈低密度,边界清晰,其中4例病灶内可见钙化;增强扫描5例病灶动脉期明显环形强化,3例边缘结节条索样强化;2例病灶由肝动脉供血,增强各期强化程度逐渐下降,以向心性强化为主。MR平扫7例中,6例病灶T1WI呈低信号,1例低信号内混杂高信号,T2WI均为高信号内斑片条索样低信号,T2抑脂明显高信号;增强后均以环形向心性强化为主。结论单发IHE的特征性CT、MRI表现有助于提高诊断准确率。Objective To analyze the CT and MRI findings of single infantile hepatic hemangioendothelioma （IHE）. Methods Totally 12 patients with single IHE were analyzed retrospectively. Three patients underwent both CT and MR scan, 5 only underwent plain and enhanced CT, 4 underwent only plain and enhanced MR. Results Among 12 cases of single IHE, 9 cases located in the right hepatic lobe, 2 in left hepatic lobe, 1 involved the right anterior lobe and left inside of right hepatic lobe. In plain CT, eight cases showed low density and clear border, among which calcifications were found in 4, obvious ring-like arterial phase enhancement in 5, and rope-like enhancement of edge nodes in 3 cases. The lesion was supplied by hepatic artery in 2 cases, the degree of enhancement gradually decreased, and centripetal enhancement was mainly observed. Lesions in 6 cases showed low T1WI signal, 1 showed mixed high signal in low signal, 7 showed high T2WI signal within the patch cords sample low signal, T2 fat suppression imaging showed obviously high signal, and ring-like centripetal enhancement was observed. Conclusion Single IHE has characteristic CT and MRI manifestations, which are helpful to the improvement of diagnostic accuracy.
