中山地区健康成人外周血CD4^+T淋巴细胞参考区间的建立

摘　　要：目的建立中山地区常住人口CD4+T淋巴细胞计数生物参考区间。方法选取140例中山地区健康个体,分为15~19岁、20~29岁、30~39岁、40~49岁和50~59岁共5个年龄组。以Partec PAS流式细胞仪测定外周血CD4+T淋巴细胞绝对数。结果同性别各年龄层之间以及不同性别之间的CD4+T细胞数差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);合并各组个体结果,数据呈正态分布,以(x±1.96s)确定95%的参考区间为(804.7±387.3)个/μL。结论成功建立本地区健康成人外周血CD4+T细胞计数的参考范围,为本地区艾滋病患者的临床分期诊断、抗病毒治疗效果提供参考依据。Objective To establish A biological reference interval of peripheral blood CD4^＋T lymphocytes for the permanent resident population in Zhongshan district. Methods 140 healthy individuals in Zhongshan district were selected and divided into 5 age goups including 15-19 years old,20-29 years old,30-39 years old,40-49 years old and 50-59 years old. The Partec PAS flow cytometer was used to measure the absolute number of peripheral blood CD4^＋T lymphocytes. Results The absolute numbers of CD4^＋T lymphocytes were not significantly different between different age groups of the same gender and different genders （P 〉 0.05）; Combined results of all the individuals showed a normal distribution and the 95% reference interval determined by x ＋ 1.96s was （804.7 ＋ 387.3）lymphocytes/μL L. Conclusion The reference interval of peripheral blood CD4^＋T lymphocytes for the healthy population in this district was established successfully,which provides reference for the clinical staging diagnosis and antiviral treatment effect of AIDS patients in this district.
