摘　　要：目的观察以手法外治126例腰椎横突综合征的患者疗效。方法以定点（向泡4板合柔性舒筋理通手法治疗，5次为1疗程，3疗程后效不佳改他法诊治。结果1疗程治愈28例，2～3疗程内总治愈9l例，治愈率72．6％。结论只要辨证选症定点（向）诊查明确，用定点（向）侧扳法合柔性舒筋理通手法治疗腰椎横突综合征疗效满意。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of external treatment with practices in the treatment of 126 cases with lumbar transverse process syndrome. Methods The patients were treated by point （to） pull and flexible Shujin manipulations,five times a course, after three courses,the patients who had poor effect were changed other treatments. Results One course cured 28 cases, two-three courses cured 91 cases total,the cure rate was 72.6%. Conclusion As long as dialectical sentinel（to）checkups are clear.it has a satisfactory effect that point （to） pull and flexible Shuiin maninulations in the treatment of lumbar transverse process syndrome.
