摘　　要：报告1例膀胱造瘘术后合并肺部感染患者的护理。注意患者的生命体征以及病情的变化,并做好准确记录,对患者进行针对性的病情观察、造瘘管护理、气道护理、基础护理、环境与饮食指导、心理护理等一系列护理工作,做好患者家属配合工作,加强健康宣教,这对患者的早日康复具有重要的意义。This paper reports the nursing for 1 patient complicated by pulmonary infection after colostomy.Attention to the patients＇ vital signs and disease conditions changes and accurate recording,specific condition observation,aeries of nursing measures including fistula nursing, airway nursing,basic nursing,environment and diet guidance and psychological nursing,good family cooperation,and strengthening of health education are of important significance to the early recovery of patients.
