补骨脂注射液联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病376例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨补骨脂注射液联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病临床疗效。方法将376例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为治疗组192例和对照组184例,对照组口服克银丸,外用煤焦油溶液加NB-UVB照射,治疗组在对照组的基础上肌注补骨脂注射液,1个疗程后对比疗效。结果治疗后治疗组PASI评分为(2.43±0.72)分,对照组为(6.73±1.12)分,两组PASI评分均较治疗前明显下降,但治疗组下降更为显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总显效率为90.63%,明显高于对照组的79.35%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补骨脂联合NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病安全、有效。Objective To observed the clinical efficacy of psoralen combined NB-UVB on psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 376 in patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into a therapeutic group and a control group.184 cases of the control group received oral keyin pills,topical coal tar solution plus NB-UVB irradiation,192 cases of the observation group were injected in the control group on the basis of psoralen injection,were compared cycle and security after one treatment. Results After treatment, PASI score was （2.43± 0.72）,control group was （6.73 ± 1.12）,PASI scores of the two groups were significantly decreased than before,but the treatment group decreased more significantly,the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）;observation group was 90.63% efficiency significantly higher than 79.35% in the control group,the difference was statistically significance （P 〈 0.05）;adverse reactions of the two groups had no significant difference（P 〉 0.05）. Conlusion Psoralen combined NB-UVB, safe and effective in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
