亚急性甲状腺炎患者超敏C反应蛋白的变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在亚急性甲状腺炎患者中的变化及临床意义。方法对60亚急性甲状腺炎患者和60例健康体检者检测hs-CRP,采用乳胶增强透射比浊法测定hs-CRP。结果 hs-CRP水平在亚急性甲状腺炎患者中均显著性升高(P<0.01)。亚急性甲状腺炎患者经过糖皮质激素治疗后,hs-CRP有显著下降(P<0.01)。结论 hs-CRP可反映出机体炎症活性,通过检测hs-CRP有助于早期判断亚急性甲状腺炎,并了解亚急性甲状腺炎病情。Objective To detect the changes of serum high sensitivity C- reactive protein（hs-CRP） in patients with subacute thyroiditis（SAT） and to explore its clinical application. Methods Hs-CRP levels were detected in 60 subacute thyroiditis patients and 60 healthy individuals simultaneously by using the emulsion enhancement transimission turbidimetric method. Results The hs-CRP level had increased significantly among subacute thyroiditis patients（P 〈 0.01）. The hs-CRP level had decreased significantly after glucocorticosteroid treatment in subacute thyroiditis patients（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Hs-CRP is fast response protein and may be useful marker of systemic inflammation. Hs-CRP can be used as an indicator of early diagnosis in the patients of subacute thyroiditis.
