成年跟骨骨密度变化与中医肾气盛衰演化的相关性研究

摘  要:目的:探讨不同年龄成年跟骨骨密度变化规律与中医肾气盛衰演化的相关性;方法:采用美国LUNAR PIXI骨密度检测仪对11559名健康体检者行骨密度检测,以10岁年龄段及性别分组,计算受试者的骨密度BMD值及T值,以及各组骨量正常、骨量减少及骨质疏松所占百分比,并采用Ridit分析行相关性分析。结果:随着年龄的增长,骨量正常比例逐渐下降,骨量减少及骨质疏松比例逐渐增高,男性从50岁后骨量减少所占比增高,60岁后骨质疏松所占比增高;女性从40岁后骨量减少所占比增高,50岁后显著骨质疏松所占比增高;Ridit分析,20岁~40岁的R置信区间重叠,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),40岁~80岁的R置信区间不重叠,各组间R值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,在大于50岁人群中,骨量减少及骨质疏松者比例,女性均明显高于同年龄段男性。结论:跟骨骨密度变化指标可作为人体肾气盛衰表达参考指标之一。Objective:To discuss relationship between adult bone density of different age and evolution of Chinese Kidney- Qi. Methods: 11559 healthy subjects underwent BMD detection by Lunar Pixi bone mineral density detector. Stratified by 10-years and gender, all subjects had their BMD and T values measured. The percentage of normal bone mass, osteopenia and osteoporosis were calculated. Ridit analysis was used for rank correlation analysis. Results:The percentage of normal bone mass decreased as the age increased. While the percentage of osteopenia and osteoporosis was reverse. The percentage of osteopenia in 50-60 years old males and the percentage of osteoporosis in males over 60 years old increased. The percent- age of osteopenia in 40-50 years old females and the percentage of osteoporosis in females over 50 years old increased. Ridit analysis showed the R confidence interval of 20-40 years old cases overlaped, the difference was not significant (P〉 0.05). And the R confidence interval of 40-80 years old cases did not overlap, the difference was significant (P〈 0.05). In the ca- ses over 50 years old, the percentage of osteopenia and osteoporosis in females was significantly higher than that in males. Conclusion:Changes in bone density can be used as a reference index for human Kidney-Qi expression.
