老年人颅脑损伤204例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年人颅脑损伤的临床特点及防治措施。方法对204例老年性颅脑损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果204例老年颅脑损伤患者中死亡15例，存活189例，按格拉斯哥预后评分（GOS），其中恢复良好177例，中残8例，重残3例，植物生存1例。结论掌握好老年性颅脑损伤的临床特点，及时的治疗和预防并发症，可降低死亡率，提高患者的生活质量。Objective To study clinical characteristics and treatment of cerebral injury for the elderly people. Methods 204 cases（from July 2007 to October 2012）of elderly patients with cerebral injury were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 204 cases,in which 15 cases were dead and 189 cases survived,177 cases had good recovery,8 cases middle disability,3 cases severe disability and 1 case vegatable state,Conclusions The understanding of the clinical characteristics of elderly cerebral injury can help to treat the patients in time and prevent the complications,which can reduce the mortality and improve the life quality of the patients.
