摘　　要：介绍了胜利油田 139.7m m套管开窗短半径侧钻水平井有关侧钻方式选择、井眼轨迹的形状设计、增斜段、造斜率的合理确定、井眼轨迹控制与测量等技术问题 ,并提出了解决这些问题的方法和建议。This paper introduces the sidetracking of short radius horizontal well s in the 139.7mm casing in Shengli Oilfield. Some issues on it are discussed, w hich mainly involves the selection of sidetracking method, the profile design of well trajectory, the determination of a reasonable angle building rate, and tra jectory control and measurement, etc. Some methods and recommendations on how to deal with those issues are also proposed.
