摘　　要：介绍了VCD(value change dump)文件在集成电路设计和测试相互结合的过程中所起到的重要作用,并对其特点进行了较为新颖全面的分析,在此基础上提出了一种非常实用的称为LYT(Li-Yang Translation)的中间格式,按照VCD文件的基本特点利用哈希表对关键词进行了分类压缩,把变化信息按照管脚进行了归类,并采用做差、合并的处理方法简化值变化信息的处理,实现了两者的相互转换。实际的测试表明:改进后的格式提高了VCD文件的处理速度。The important role that VCD （value change dump） files play in the course of IC design and IC test combining was described. In this paper, a very useful intermediate form named LYT （Li-Yang Translation） was proposed, which was based on the detailed and novel analysis on VCD files. The change value information was classified according to the pins. The number of the key words was decreased by hash. A series of measurements such as subtracting and merging are taken to complete the translation. The test results show that the process speed was improved and the translation time was saved.
