摘  要:为考察不同硼含量低碳钢的腐蚀规律,利用盐雾腐蚀试验研究了不同硼含量低碳钢的腐蚀行为,结合X射线衍射(XRD)和傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)对腐蚀产物进行了分析。试验结果表明:含硼低碳钢腐蚀速率与硼质量分数有关,硼质量分数0.002%试验钢腐蚀速率低于无硼钢,硼质量分数高于0.002%的试验钢腐蚀速率超过无硼钢,并且随硼含量增加,试验钢的腐蚀速率逐渐增加;阐述了硼的腐蚀机制。The effect of different boron content in low carbon steel on corrosion laws was investigated. The corrosion behavior of low carbon steels with different boron content was studied by salt spray corrosion test. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) were used to characterize the corrosion products of tested steels. The results show that the corrosion rate of tested steels is related to different boron content which added in the steels, the corrosion rate of the tested steel containing 0. 002% boron is lower than that with no boron steel, on the contrary, it is higher when the boron content exceeds 0. 002%, the corrosion rate of tested steels increases gradually when the boron content increases. A probable corrosion mechanism of boron is presented to explain the experimental results.
