摘 要:建立了热风炉蓄热室内格子砖二维温度场数学模型,通过对宣钢2 000m3高炉3号热风炉进行测量,验证了模型的准确性,同时研究了格子砖参数、拱顶温度、混风操作以及操作周期对热风温度的影响。结果表明:对于每个格孔直径应该有一个最优的活面积,通过优化格孔直径与活面积的对应关系,可以提高热风炉风温。采用双预热技术之后,煤气和助燃空气预热温度每提高100℃,拱顶温度以及热风温度分别提高80、72℃。缩短操作周期可以提高风温,但是煤气流量增大。因此,必须根据燃烧器的燃烧能力选择合理的操作周期,保证煤气和助燃空气混合均匀、燃烧充分。Two-dimensional mathematical model of checker chamber was developed.Comparison between the calculated results and actual measured data in Xuansteel was done in order to verify the availability and accuracy of the mathematical model.The influence of checker brick design,dome temperature,mixed air operature and operating period on blast temperature was studied.The results show that: for each diameter of checker brick,there should be an optimal relative open area.Blast temperature can be enhanced by optimizing the correspondence between diameter and relative open area.When the preheating temperature of gas and air increase 100 ℃,the dome temperature and blast temperature will increase 80 ℃ and 72 ℃,respectively.Shortening operation period can significantly improve the blast temperature.It should choose reasonable operation period according the combustion burner ability in order to guarantee the gas and air mixing and burning efficiently.
