摘  要:研究了强磁场下冷却速率对Fe-1.1%C钢中"反常"组织形貌及性能的影响。结果表明:强磁场下"反常"组织面积分数随冷却速率的增加而减小,这是由于快速冷却时原子扩散不能充分进行所致。在相同冷却速率条件下,经强磁场处理后样品与非磁场处理样品相比,"反常"组织面积分数明显增加,样品宏观硬度值下降。The microstructure features of abnormal microstructure during transformation from austenite and the hardness of specimens heat treated at different cooling rates(1,2 and 5 ℃/min) without and with applying a magnetic field(12 T) in the Fe-1.1%C alloy were investigated.The results showed that the area percentage of abnormal microstructure in the specimen heat treated under magnetic field decreases with the cooling rate increasing.The reason is that the diffusion is limited with the cooling rate increasing.At the same cooling rate,the area percentage of abnormal microstructure in the specimen heat treated with magnetic field is more than that in the specimen heat treated without magnetic field and the hardness of the specimen heat treated with magnetic field is lower.
