摘  要:介绍了高速铁路轨道板用高强度长材产品的种类及特点、开发过程关键工艺技术。通过合理Mn、Cr、B、Ti优化组合,自主设计了无砟CRTS1型板专用拉杆盘条的化学成分,满足了高铁设计的要求;精炼过程渣面避免采用硅铁粉的扩散脱氧,提高炉渣碱度的工艺,可以提高钢材的洁净度,w(T[O])控制在7×10-6~12×10-6;针对中碳高硅钢脱碳敏感性强的问题,开发了脱碳层控制技术,包括加热炉温度、时间、气氛以及轧后冷却制度的控制,将中碳高硅钢脱碳深度控制在小于1%钢材直径,无全脱碳;利用表层组织强化和析出强化来提高强度,同时轧材心部获得细小的铁素体+珠光体来保证材料的塑性,实现了高铁用精轧螺纹钢筋在高强度基础上的高塑性。The long steel product for high-speed railway track plate including steel grades and key technologies etc was introduced.Through reasonable optimization of Mn,Cr,B and Ti,the chemical composition of wire rod for CRTS1 plate was originally designed.The steel cleanliness such as total oxygen content at 7×10-6-12×10-6 can be improved without using ferrosilicon powder in refining process and increase the slag alkalinity.In order to solve the problem of decarburization sensitivity in median carbon and high silicon steel,the decarburized layer control technology including heating furnace temperature,heating time,atmosphere and cooling process after controlled rolling was developed.The decarburized depth can be controlled into a thickness less than 1% of steel diamater.The high strength on the basis of high plasticity was realized through using organization strengthening and precipitation strengthening,and simultaneously obtaining fine ferrite and pearlite in core of steel bar to ensure material plasticity.
