摘  要:潜油电泵油井采油是高含水期油田采用的大排量采油方式之一 ,但在生产过程中容易出现许多不易判断的井下故障。本文介绍了一种应用计算机对井下工况进行诊断的新方法 ,它通过对潜油电泵井生产过程中泵及机组的工况分析 ,判断故障原因、挖掘油井潜力、延长检泵周期。现场应用表明 。The oil production of the submersible electric pump well is a kind of high duty oil recovery being used in high water cut oilfield,while many downhole failures which are difficult to diagnose are liable to occur in the process of production.This paper introduces a new method to diagnose the downhole working condition by the application of computer,which,through analyzing the working condition of pump and machine train in the period of submersible pump well production,can judge the cause of accidents and tap the potential of oil well and prolong the period of checking pump.Field applications have indicated that this technology has a great deployment value.
