摘 要:为降低铁水的钛含量,采用烧结矿或铁精粉进行铁水包脱钛预处理。采用500kg中频感应炉对铁水脱钛进行了试验研究,并对脱钛过程热力学进行了分析。结果表明,相同温度下,烧结矿脱钛表观平衡常数明显大于铁精粉脱钛表观平衡常数。脱钛过程前4min平均脱钛速率最大,可达0.033%/min,16~20min阶段平均脱钛速率为0.000 7%/min。20min内,脱钛率可达57.19%~71.20%。脱钛剂中氧利用率的计算结果表明,终渣中剩余氧量占脱钛剂供氧量的4.8%~9.3%,脱钛氧利用率平均为12.28%,低于脱硅氧利用率(43.34%)和脱碳氧利用率(20.18%)。另外,试验结果表明,炉渣碱度增大,脱钛率提高。因此,为降低铁水钛含量,应适当提高脱钛渣碱度。In order to lower the content of titanium in hot metal, a method of using sinter or iron concentrate as tita- nium removal agent was developed. Experiments of removing titanium in 500 kg medium frequency induction furnace were conducted and thermodynamics of this process was analyzed. Results show that using sinter as titanium removal agent can get higher apparent equilibrium constant of titanium removal reaction, compared with using iron concentrate under the same temperature. The speed of titanium removal is the largest in the first four minutes with a number of 0. 033%/min. By contrast, it is the smallest in the period of 16--20min, being 0. 0007%/min. The titanium removing rate is 57.19% --71.20M in 20rain. The calculated results of oxygen utilization coefficient show that the residual oxygen content in final slags is 4.8 %- 9.3 % of the total oxygen content in titanium removal agent. In addition, the average oxygen utilization coefficient of removing titanium is 12.88%, being lower than that of silicon (43.34%) and carbon (20.18%). It will improve the titanium removal rate when increasing the basicity of slags. So a higher basicity of slags is needed to lower the titanium content in hot metal.
