摘 要:研究了以玉舍贫瘦煤为主要煤种制备型焦的工艺方案,利用正交试验考察了成型煤粒度组成、贫瘦煤配入比例、炭化速率、炭化时间、炭化终温等工艺条件对型焦质量的影响。通过对型焦质量检测结果比较分析,结果表明,最佳的工艺条件为:成型煤粒度小于1mm,贫瘦煤配入比例70%,炭化速率4℃/min,炭化时间4h,炭化终温900℃,此时制得的型焦符合国家二级冶金焦的要求。The process concept of making formed coke was discussed through using meager-lean coal.The effect of technological conditions(such as size distribution of blended coal,the proportion of blended meager-lean coal,the rate and time of carbonization and final carbonization temperature) on the quality of formed coke was investigated with the orthogonal experiment.The results show that the optimum conditions were: the size composition of blended coal is less than 1 mm,the proportion of meager-lean coal is 70%,the rate and time of carbonization respectively is 4 ℃/min and 4 h,the final temperature of carbonization is 900 ℃.The formed coke,which is made under mentioned above conditions,is comply with the requirements of the national level of the second class metallurgical coke.
