摘　　要：通过对影响ABS胶乳凝聚后浆液粒径分布的工艺参数进行分析,找出了凝聚装置运行的最佳操作条件,生产出设计粒径分布的浆液,满足了脱水机的运转要求.Through analyzing process parameters that effect the pulp particle size distribution after ABS latex coagulation the premium operation conditions of operating coagulation unit are found and pulp with designed particle size distribution is produced and thus the operating requirement of dehydrator is satisfied．
