摘　　要：随着规模化养殖业的不断发展,由猪圆环病毒2型(PCV-2)引起的疫病呈上升趋势,给全世界的养猪业带了巨大的经济损失。大量文献表明,PCV-2不仅可以水平传播,而且能垂直传播引起母猪繁殖障碍。论文就PCV-2通过公猪精液垂直传播引起繁殖障碍的研究进展进行了综述,主要概述PCV-2感染公猪的症状、病毒检测、人工授精精液的病毒污染情况,精液传播的风险评估及疫苗预防PCV-2通过精液传播的效果,为今后PCV-2疫苗研制及猪圆环病毒病的防控研究提供参考。With the development of large-scale farming industry, PCVAD was increased year by year, and caused great economic losses in pig industry. Many documents showed that PCV-2 can spread not only by horizontal transmission, but also by vertical transmission which result in reproductive failure in breeding herds. This review focused on current knowledge on the effects of semen of boars in reproductive failure in breeding herds, including clinical signs,diagnosis of boar infection with PCV-2, and analyzed the potential for PCV-2 transmission via semen and prevention of PCV-2 shedding, as a reference to the successive re- search.
