摘  要:为探究茶皂素与其他抗菌药物对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的体外联合抗菌效果,采用琼脂稀释法、多孔板-MTT比色法和棋盘法,分别测定了茶皂素与庆大霉素、氟苯尼考、恩诺沙星、氨苄青霉素对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)及分级抑菌浓度(FIC)指数。结果显示多孔板-MTT比色法与琼脂稀释法结果一致率为87.5%;联合使用中,茶皂素与4种抗菌药物都表现为相加作用。In ordle to explore the experimental bacteriostasis of tea saponin with antimicrobials against E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus in vitro ,the classical agar dilution method, microplate-MTT colorimetric method and checkerboard method were used. The experimental bacteriostasis of tea saponin with gentami- cin, florfenicol,enrofloxacin and ampicillin against E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus were tested in vitro, and the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) and the fractional inhibitory concentration(FIC) were cal- culated. The experiment showed that the coincidence rates between microplate-MTT colorimetric method and easier than classical agar dilution method were 87.5 % ,and microplate-MTT colorimetric method was easier than classical agar dilution method. From the combination test, tea saponin with the four antimicrobi- als had additive actions.
