连城县地瓜干专用品种“龙岩7-3”病毒病调查研究

摘　　要：对连城县地瓜干专用品种"龙岩7-3"病毒病进行田间调查、指示植物病毒检测及血清学病毒种类鉴定,结果表明:龙岩7-3病毒侵染率高达95.3%,症状以网状明脉花叶为主,其次为褪绿斑和黄化等;侵染病毒主要种类是甘薯羽状斑驳病毒(SPFMV),其次为甘薯潜隐病毒(SPLV),两种病毒往往是复合侵染。An investigation, which includes field survey, virus detection of indicator plants and serological classification of virus kinds, on the viral diseases of the specific cultivar “Longyan 7 - 3” for dried sweet potato in Liancheng County was conducted. The results demonstrated that the virus infection rate of “Longyan 7 -3” was 95.3%, and the major symptom was with reticular and transparent leaves, and secondly, with chlorosis spots and etiolation. The major kinds of infecting vi- ruses include Sweet Potato Feathery Mottle Virus （SPFMV） and Sweet Potato Latent Virus （SPLV）, these two viruses usual- ly infected the plants simultaneously.
