摘 要:用乙醇超临界干燥技术制得了粒径为 30~ 80 nm的晶状氢氧化镍 ,用 TEM和 XRD方法对该产物进行了表征 ,用环块及四球摩擦磨损试验机测定了这种纳米氢氧化镍作为润滑油添加剂的摩擦学性能。结果表明 ,在50 0 SN基础油中加入一定量的纳米氢氧化镍及分散剂山梨醇单硬脂酸酯可提高其抗磨性能及承载能力 ,其摩擦系数也显著降低。Crystal nickel hydroxide with particle size of about 30~80 nm was prepared by using ethanol supercritical fluid drying technique Tribological properties of the oils containing nanoparticles were measured by means of four ball and block on ring tribotester methods Results indicate that the oil possesses higher wear resistance,higher load carrying capacity and markedly lower friction coefficient than the base oil There was an optimal content of nanoparticles added,above which the maximum non seizure load of the oil decreased The nanometer nickel hydroxide acts as an anti wear friction agent due to its deposition on rubbing surface
