摘 要:为了研究甘蔗健康种苗后代农艺性状的田间表现,以ROC22和桂糖35号脱毒健康种苗第1代种茎为试验材料,采用随机区组试验比较研究甘蔗健康第2至第3代新植及其宿根蔗的主要农艺性状的田间表现与其供体品种间的差异。结果表明:ROC22和桂糖35号脱毒处理的分蘖率、发株率和每667 m2有效茎数均高于对照;但参试品种脱毒处理的茎径均小于对照,桂糖35号脱毒处理的茎径与对照的差异达到显著水平;两个参试品种脱毒处理的每667 m2有效茎数、株高和每667 m2产量与对照的差异没有达到显著水平。本研究表明:ROC22和桂糖35号茎尖脱毒后代主要农艺性状的田间表现并不优于对照。To study agronomic performance of offspring derived from regenerated sugarcane virus-free plantlets in field, this experiment adopted the random block design with ROC22 and GT35 's first generation seedcane derived from regenerated sugarcane virus-free plantlets as material, and compared the agronomic performance of its plant cane and ratoon with its donor varieties from 2~1 to 3"4 offspings of ROC22 and GT35 from virus-free plantlets. The results showed that the tiller rate, sprout rate and quantity of millable stalks per 667 m2 of ROC22 and GT35 virus-free treatment were higher than those of control, but stalk diameters were smaller than those of control and the stalk diameter difference between GT35 virus-free treatment and control was statistically significant at 0.05 level. The difference in quantity of millable stalks per 667m2, stalk height and cane yield between virus-free treatment of two tested varieties and its control was not significant. It was concluded that the virus-free offspring of ROC22 and GT35 from tissue culture was not superior to control in agronomic performance in field.
