56%二甲四氯钠对不同甘蔗品种苗期生长的影响

摘　　要：为探讨粤糖系列甘蔗品种对除草剂56%二甲四氯钠应用的安全性,通过盆栽试验测定了3个粤糖系列常栽甘蔗品种及新台糖22号(ROC22)在甘蔗苗期生长对二甲四氯钠的敏感性。4个甘蔗品种总鲜重的t测验表明,YT00/236对二甲四氯钠的敏感性较弱,YT55较为敏感,YT93/159和ROC22敏感性处于中等水平。而总鲜重的抑制率方差分析结果表明,4个甘蔗品种的敏感性与t测验结果一致,YT00/236与YT55差异性达到显著水平;YT00/236与YT93/159、ROC22均差异不显著,YT93/159、ROC22差异也不显著。A comparative experiment was designed to determine sensitivities of three YT series and ROC22 sugarcane varieties to 56% MCPA-Na in pot experiment, in order to assess the safety of herbicide mixture at seeding stage. The results of t test of total fresh weight of four sugarcane varieties showed that YT00/236 was less sensitive to 56% MCPA-Na, YT55 was the most sensitive, the sensitiveness of YT93/159 and ROC22 was in the medium level. The variance analysis results of inhibition rate of total fresh weight showed sensitiveness of four sugarcane varieties, which were consistent with t test. The difference between YT00/236 and YT55 was significant, YT00/236 and YT93/159, ROC22 had few differences, YT93/159, ROC22 also had few differences.
