摘  要:采用空间代替时间的方法,在贵州贞丰县典型喀斯特峡谷区选择裸地、草本、灌木、乔林植被恢复的4个阶段样地,按春、夏、秋、冬季分别进行取土,带回实验室风干磨细。分别用3,5-二硝基水杨酸比色法测定蔗糖酶活性,采用磷酸苯二钠比色法测定碱性磷酸酶活性,容量法(用0.1N的标准KMnO4液滴定)测定过氧化氢酶活性。结果表明,3种土壤酶活性随植被恢复而提高,即裸地阶段<草本群落阶段<灌木群落阶段<乔林阶段;根际土酶活性大于非根际土,A层大于B层;蔗糖酶、碱性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶活性在春夏季较高,冬季最低;不同的酶表现不尽相同,不同层次土壤酶活性季节性变化相同。Adopting the method of space instead of time in this paper, taking bare land, herb, shrub and arbor community as four recovery stages of degraded karst vegetation in huajiang typical Karst valley of Zhen feng county in Gui zhou. The soil samples of different restoration stages were collected and air-dried in spring,summer,autumn and winter. Respectively with 3, 5 - two nitro salicylic acid colorimetric method was used for determination of sucrase enzyme activity, using disodium phenyl phosphate colorimetric method (2) measurement phosphatase activity, volumetric method (with 0.1N standard KMnO4 droplet decide) determination of catalase activity. The results showed that soil three kinds of enzyme activities gradually enhanced with degraded Karat vegetation restoration, performing the bare land stage〈 herbaceous community stage〈 shrubby community stage〈 arboreal community stage. Distribution of these enzymes was non-rhizosphere soil〈 rhizosphere soil, and layer B 〈 layer A. Sucrase enzyme, alkaline phosphatase, calalase activities were highest in spring and summer,lowest in winter. Seasonal changes trend of enzyme activity are similar in the soil layers.
