摘  要:运用去壁低渗染色体制片法与BSG显带法对甜荞有丝分裂中期染色体C带进行研究分析,并基于这一技术对25个甜荞三体材料(T1~T25)进行鉴定。结果显示,甜荞中期染色体C带丰富,多态性良好,共显带27条,包括9条着丝粒带、12条端带、5条中间带、1条随体带,并且8对同源染色体间条带具有明显差异。从供试的25个甜荞三体系材料中,首次成功鉴定出了成套甜荞三系材料,其中,T10、T7、T24为三体1,T13、T14为三体2,T2、T15、T16、T23为三体3,T4、T18为三体4,T3、T17、T19为三体5,T1、T6、T20为三体6,T5、T8、T21、T22、T25为三体7,T9、T11为三体8。C-banding of mitotic metaphase chromosomes in Fagopyrum esculentum was conducted by means of cell wall degradation hypotonic treatment for chromosome slides and BSG for C-banding, and based on this technique, 25 trisomics of F. esculentum (T1-T25) were identified. Results showed that chromosome C-banding of F. esculentum was abundant with 27 bands displayed, including 9 centromeric bands, 12 terminal bands, 5 intercalary bands and 1 satellite band. The C-banding polymorphism was very good, and there were obviously differences in C-banding among 8 pairs of homologous chromosomes. Full set of trisomics of F. esculentum from the 25 trisomics were identified. T10, T7 and T24 were El, T13 and T14 were E2, T15, T16 and T23 were E3, T4 and T18 were E4, T3, TI7 and T19 were E5, T1, T6 and T20 were E6, T5, T8, T21, T22 and T25 were E7, T9 and Tll were E8.
