龙滩水库罗甸段浮游藻类群落结构与水质评价

摘　　要：为了了解龙滩水库浮游藻类群落结构及其反映的水质状况,于2011年11月至2012年9月在龙滩水库罗甸段进行采样分析。调查结果显示,共观察到浮游藻类72种,浮游藻类四季平均密度变化范围为4.08×104～33.36×104ind/L,生物量变化范围为0.67～4.16 mg/L。采用指示生物法和生物多样性指数法对其水域水环境进行评价,显示龙滩水库罗甸段水质处于贫-中营养类型之间。Sampling was carried out from November 2011 to September 2012 in order to recognize the phytoplankton community structure and water quality conditions in Longtan reservoir. The result showed that total 72 kinds of plankton were identified. The plankton average density ranged from 4.08×10^4 ind./L to 33.36×10^4 ind/L, and biomass ranged from 0.67 mg/L to 4.16 mg/L in the four seasons. Biological assessment of water pollution and eutrophic condiction was conducted by using the methods of indicator organism and biotic index. The results indicated that the water quality was the type of nutrition between middle and poor in Longtan reservoir.
