摘　　要：新生代农民工比上一代农民工知识层次有所提高,更加注重自身发展,对知识、能力、发展期望有更清晰的认识,更加希望融入城市。在对新生代农民工进行教育培训时,应立足于促使新生代农民工市民化的培训,从成功市民化的新生代农民工身上实施影子培训,助力新生代农民工城镇化的培训体系设计,督促企业实施城镇化主人的培训。Generation of migrant workers to improve the level of knowledge than the previous generation of migrant workers, pay more attention to their own development, a clearer understanding of the knowledge, ability and development aspirations, more hope into the city. To promote the training of the new generation of people of migrant workers in the education and training of the new generation of migrant workers, should be based implementation of shadow training from the successful people of the new generation of migrant workers who, the power generation of migrant workers urbanization training system design, and urge enterprises to implement the city master training.
