摘 要:针对M2A00单燃料发动机从柴油燃油系统技术升级到电控调压单燃料系统,整车发动机在冬季使用出现机油变质发白,通过对故障件,如机油、气缸盖垫片、机油冷却器、机体、缸盖、气缸套封水圈等技术状态的检查分析,确认系气体发动机工作燃烧后产生的大量水蒸汽积聚在缸盖罩内壁无法及时有效排出外界,在外界低温情况下,内外温差较大,造成缸盖罩内的水蒸汽迅速冷凝成水珠滴漏进油底壳,当油底壳内的机油含水量≥0.2%时,机油经循环搅拌便出现变质发白。经过分析讨论,相应地提出了改进设计方案。To address the issue of engine oil becoming whitened on M2A00 engine series which are single-tiM engine upgraded from diesel system to electrically regulated single-fuel system, through analysis on failed parts such as oil, cylinder head gaskets, oil coolers, cylinder blocks, cylinder heads and cylinder liner water sealing rings, it's confirmed that with large amount of steam gathering on the inside wall of cylinder head cover and unable to be exhausted to outside, when the outside temperature is low and inside temperature and outside temperature differs greatly, the steam in cylinder head cover will promptly condensate into water dips which then leak to oil pan. When the water contamination of oil in oil pan ≥0.2%, the oil will be whitened after circulation and stir, scenario for design-improvement is proposed accordingly after analysis and inference.
