摘 要:对研制的乙醇一步合成乙酸乙酯的催化剂CuO ZnO Al2 O3 和CoO CuO ZnO Al2 O3 进行了活性评价 .在 10mL微型固定床反应装置上考察了工艺条件对反应的影响 .实验结果表明 :Co的加入提高了催化剂的活性 ,适宜的金属质量分数w(Cu)为 15 % ,w(Zn)为 7% ,w(Co)为 11% ;在常压 ,反应温度为 30 0℃ ,进料空速为 1.5h- 1 的条件下 ,乙醇的转化率达到 6 4.7% ,乙酸乙酯的选择性达到 6 8.2 % 。The catalysts of activities CuO/ZnO/Al 2O 3 and CoO/CuO/ZnO/Al 2O 3 for direct synthesis of ethyl acetate from ethanol have been investigated. The effects of technological conditions have been studied in a 10 mL continuous flow fixed\|bed microreactor. The results show that the catalytic activity is improved by use of Co and the suitable proportion of the catalysts is w (Cu)=15%, w (Zn)=7% and w (Co)=11%. When the reaction pressure was normal pressure and the temperature was 300 ℃ and the space velocity was 1.5 h -1 , the percentage of conversion of ethanol reached 64.7% and the selectivity was as high as 68.2%. The catalysts can be applied to direct synthesis of ethyl acetate from ethanol.
