摘　　要：西部大开发是思想解放运动的继续,是实践标准的深化,是生产力标准在新时期的具体体现。搞好西部大开发,首要的是解放思想、更新观念,摒弃过时的规章制度和陈旧的传统习惯与思维模式。The West Development is the continuation of the mind emancipation movement,the deepening of practice criterion as well as the concrete embodiment of production forces in the new age.To do a good job in the West Development,it is essential to emancipate the mind,to update the concept,to slam the door to the outdated bylaw and the dated traditional customs and patterns of thinking.
