摘　　要：连铸快换中间包技术能有效减少生产准备时间,提高连铸机的作业率,增加连铸机产能,降低制造成本。但是大多数快换前后均为相同钢种浇注,介绍了首钢京唐公司连铸机异钢种快换中间包的生产过程,证实了异钢种快换中间包浇注的可行性。Flying tundish is an effective way for cutting down preparing time in continuous casting,consequence in more operating time,higher production or lower cost.There are always same steel grades before and after flying tundish.However,the paper introduces technologies to change steel grade after flying tundish,which was proved being practically available in Shougang Jingtang.
