摘　　要：煤矿轨道运输在整个生产环节中至关重要,目前常见的为柴油机动力牵引单轨吊机车,本文介绍了单轨吊机车系统的组成,指出了煤矿用柴油机动力牵引单轨吊机车系统常见的问题,对最常见的五种故障进行了深入分析,根据实际经验,由每一种故障发生的现象来剖析故障发生的本质,对于生产一线的设备维护有重要的意义,故障诊断的有效性可能大大节约了误工成本,减少生产损失。Coal rail transportation in the entire production chain is essential, common traction monorail locomotive diesel power, the article describes the composition of the monorail locomotive system, and pointed out that the common problems of coal mine with a diesel engine powered traction monorail locomotive systemin-depth analysis of the most common of the five failures, based on actual experience, to analyze the nature of the failure phenomenon occurs every fault has important significance for the front line of production equipment maintenance, the validity of the fault diagnosis may greatly savethe loss of working time costs, reduce production losses.
