摘　　要：目的:探讨经内外侧双切口结合内外侧双接骨板内固定治疗肱骨下1/3段骨折的疗效。方法:对13例肱骨下1/3段骨折的患者,采用臂下段内外侧双切口入路,将重建接骨板塑形后置于肱骨下段内外双侧固定,术后早期加强功能锻炼。结果:术后随访时间6～18月,平均(8±3.3)月,所有骨折均愈合,无内固定松动断裂。参照Cassebaum的肘关节功能评定标准,优10例,良2例,差1例。结论:采用内外侧双切口和双侧接骨板内固定治疗肱骨下1/3段骨折可以达到良好复位、坚强固定,术后早期功能锻炼,可获得良好的治疗效果。Objective： To assess the efficacy of double-plate inner fixation of the distal 1 /3 humeral shaft fractures in adults via bilateral（inner and outer incisions） route.Methods： Thirteen adult patients with distal 1 /3 humeral shaft fractures underwent double steel plate inner fixation of the humerus via bilateral lower incision into the arm complying with the anatomic profile.After the procedure,the patients were advised to undergo early functional exercise.Results： All patients were followed up for 6 to 18 months（mean 8 months）,and the results showed that the fractures were healed and no loosening or breakage of the plate occurred.Assessment of the elbow function by Cassebaum scoring system suggested that excellent recovery was in 10,good in 2 and poor in 1.Conclusion： Double-plate inner fixation of the distal 1 /3 humeral fractures in adults via bilateral approach can lead to better and strong reconstruction of the humerus as well as early functional exercise.
