摘　　要：目的:探讨中学生自杀意念现状及其相关因素,为中学生自杀预防和干预工作提供参考。方法:采用分层整群抽样方法,选择安徽省芜湖6所中学约4 572名学生进行无记名问卷调查。结果:中学生自杀意念报告率为25.3%,女生的自杀意念报告率显著高于男生(P=0.000);高中生报告率高于初中生(P=0.000)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,女生、消极应对方式、家庭满意度得分低、学校满意度得分低和生活环境满意度得分低是中学生自杀意念发生的危险因素。结论:某市中学生自杀意念发生率较高,应针对自杀意念发生的危险因素采取相应的预防措施进行干预,减少自杀的发生以促进青少年身心健康。Objective： To investigate the suicidal tendencies and correlative factors of suicide ideation in middle school students for evidences to prevent the tragedy in this population group population.Methods： By stratified cluster sampling method,we conducted a survey on 4 572 middle school students from 6 middle schools in Wuhu area,Anhui,China,on anonymous questionnaire basis.Results： In the total subjects,25.3% reported attempting suicide.The suicide ideation was more prevalent in girls and senior students than boys and junior ones（χ2 =272.988,χ2 = 256.231,respectively,P = 0.000）.Multi-factor logistic regression analysis showed that the suicide attempt was higher in female students and that prevalence of suicidal ideation was associated with negative coping styles,lower satisfaction with the family life,school life and living environment.Conclusion： Suicide ideation appears higher prevalent in the middle school students in Wuhu area.Effective intervention is necessary to improve the physical and mental health to prevent the suicidal tendencies in this population group.
