摘 要:为探究并比较端足类河蜾蠃蜚对Cd2+、Cr6+、Hg2+三种不同重金属胁迫的响应,在实验室通过半静态方式,对河蜾蠃蜚进行了96 h急性毒性实验。结果表明:河蜾蠃蜚被放入实验溶液后会迅速无规律游动,之后运动频次逐渐减少;Cd2+、Cr6+、Hg2+对河蜾蠃蜚96 h半致死浓度(LC50)分别为1.46 mg/L、5.7 mg/L、3.6μg/L,三种重金属对河蜾蠃蜚的毒性大小顺序为Hg2+>Cd2+>Cr6+;Cd2+、Cr6+、Hg2+对河蜾蠃蜚的毒性效应与其浓度呈显著正相关关系(P<0.05),毒性强度随其作用时间的延长而增大。In order to explore and compare the toxicity responses of Corophium acherusicum under the exposure of Cd2+,Cr6+,Hg2+,96 h static-renewal acute toxicity tests on C.acherusicum was investigated.Results showed that C.acherusicum would conduct irregular movement rapidly after being put into experimental solutions,then movement frequency of C.acherusicum reduced gradually.The 96 h LC50 value of cadmium,chromium,mercury for C.acherusicum respectively was 1.46 mg/L,5.7 mg/L,3.6 μg/L.Toxic intensity of the order is Hg2+ Cd2+ Cr6+.There were significantly positive correlations between the toxic effects of cadmium,chromium,mercury on C.acherusicum and the concentrations of cadmium,chromium,mercury and the toxic intensity became higher as the exposure time increased.
