摘  要:为了研究蓖麻果实的破壳力学特性和破壳影响因素,通过测定蓖麻果实的物理参数,并在此基础上建立其破壳的力学模型,进而对其破壳过程中的主要影响因素进行试验分析。结果表明:在进行力学分析研究时可以将蓖麻果实近似看成球体,蓖麻果实外壳上的应力为二向应力状态,蓖麻果实外壳破裂力的大小随着果实含水率增加而增加,中压方式明显有利于顶压方式。In order to study the mechanical properties and influence factors of breaking castor shell, physical parameters of castor capsule were determined. The mechanical model of breaking castor shell was established and the influential factors of breaking castor shell were analyzed. The results showed that castor capsule could be seen as sphere when its mechanical properties were analyzed. The stress state of castor shell was two dimensional stress state. Castor's shelled force increased as its moisture content increased and middle loading pressure model was significantly better than top loading pressure model.
