摘 要:研究促进剂CBBS在载重斜交轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:在载重斜交轮胎胎面胶中以促进剂CBBS部分替代促进剂NS,胶料的硫化速度减慢,抗焦烧性能明显改善;硫化胶的生热略有降低,其他物理性能基本相当;成品轮胎的耐久和速度性能均达到国家标准要求,可改善生产过程中的环境问题。The application of accelerator CBBS in the tread compound of truck and bus bias tire was investigated. The accelerator CBBS was applied to partially replace accelerator TBBS in the tread compound and the environmental problems during tire production was reduced. It was found that the curing rate of the compound decreased and the scorch safety was significantly improved. The heat build-up of the vulcanizates decreased slightly and the other physical properties were kept unchanged. The test results showed that the endurance and speed performance of the finished tire met the requirements of national standards.
