摘 要:针对目前海底地震仪广泛使用的动圈传感器灵敏度低、动态范围小、抗干扰能力差,提出了基于MEMS加速度传感器的海底地震仪。该地震仪以MEMS加速度传感器替换了动圈传感器,采用多通道采集三分量数据,利用倾角传感器和磁阻传感器取代机械结构实现地震数据的水平校正和获取方位信息,并采用SD卡作为大容量存储装置。为将加速度信号还原成真实的速度或位移信号,采用拟合多项式的方法消除加速度积分过程中产生的趋势项,提高加速度信号的转化精度。实验表明,该海底地震仪具有频带宽、噪声低、功耗小等优点,更适合海底地震信号的多场多分量测量。The traditional ocean bottom seisrnometers (OBS) for seismic wave field measurement was of low sensitivity, small dynamic range and poor anti-jamming. In order to improve the performance of ORS, a new ocean bottom seisrmme- ter based 3-component MEMS accelerometer sensors was developed. A multichannel A/D unit was designed to sample seismic data synchronously, meanwhile, the tilt sensor and rruagnetoresistanee sensor replaced the mechanical structure for compensating seismic data and got attitude information. An SD card was involved to storage sampling data in a handle and sophisticated equipment. In order to get real seismic displacement data, polynomial fittflng method was used to remove the trend in integral. Testing results showed that the new measurement system was of high dynamic ran4ge, low noise that sui- ted for the high re.solution seismicity information in ocean bottom seismic wave field measurement.
