彩超在先心病封堵治疗中对封堵器选择的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨经胸彩色超声心动图(TTE)在先天性心脏病室间隔缺损(VSD)、房间隔缺损(ASD)及肺动脉导管未闭(PDA)经导管封堵术中的应用价值。方法按封堵适应证,应用TTE筛选113例VSD、106例ASD、37例PDA患者,并对Amplatzer封堵器类型及大小进行预测,经导管在X线引导及彩超监测下进行封堵。结果术后VSD、ASD及PDA封堵器实际值与预测值相符率分别为91.2%、91.5%及86.5%。结论彩超对先心病封堵术病例、封堵器类型及大小的选择具有非常重要价值。Objective To explore the application value of transthoracic echocardiography （TIE） in transcatheter occlusion on congenital heart diseases including ventricular septal defect （VSD）, atrial septal defect （ASD）, and patent duetus arteriosus （PDA）. Methods According to the indications of occlusion, the type and size of Amplatzer occluder, which would be placed in 256 patients including 113 cases of VSD, 106 ones of ASD, and 37 ones of PDA, were selected by TIE in advance. Results The coincidence rate of the actual occluder values with the forecasted ones in VSD ,ASD and PDA were 90.3% ,91.5% and 86.5% ,respectively. Conclusion The TIE has very important value in selecting the type and size of occluder in occlusion on congenital heart diseases.
