摘　　要：介绍了汽车门盖总成常见的包边工艺类型及特点,重点通过对汽车压合模调试过程中的典型缺陷产生原因进行分析并进行模具调试整改,同时针对压合工艺特点提出了压合的相关工艺要求。Introduce the automobile door cover assembly types and characteristics of the common package edge process, focus on automobile pressing die. By analyzing the typical defects in the process of debugging and adjustment of the die improvement, for the pressing process was put forward at the same time pressing the relevant technical requirements.
