摘　　要：以用高光玻纤材料的电视机面框塑件为实例,通过对塑件结构进行分析,和结合高光玻纤材料制品的注射模结构的设计要求,详细阐述了模具的浇注系统、模温控制系统、顶出系统和排气系统的设计方法和模具的工作过程及设计要点。经过大规模生产验证,证实模具结构设计合理,可获得变形小、尺寸稳定、高光泽表面的塑件。The paper adopted practical example of LED TV front cover using high glossy plastic which filled with glass fiber, analyzing the product structure and considering the design request of injection mold structure, expatiated the design essential of mold sprue system, mold temperature control system, ejection system and air vent system of the mold in detail. Mass production verification, the mold structure is reasonable, achieve small distortion, stable dimension, high glossy appearance TV front cover.
