摘　　要：将常规牛仔浆染经纱与经过环保树脂KDM-B300加工的牛仔浆染经纱进行对比测试,测试结果表明,新的工艺在保持纱线断裂强力、断裂伸长率、甲醛含量等内在质量方面前提下,能赋予牛仔产品更高的染色深度与色牢度、悬垂性及防漂洗保色效果,并且不影响牛仔产品褪洗风格和实现生产的低能耗。Under the new denim warp sizing technology with Resin KDM-B300, the workshop can keep the denim wash style and reduce energy consumption. The test result shows the new finishing agent KDM-300 can maintain the tensile strength,breaking elongation of single yarn and exceed low Formaldehyde, improve the dying depths, color fasteness, bring good drapability, and it also can protect color while washing.
